La Robe de l’Épinette

After more than two and a half years of creation, on a journey that has taken her from Quebec’s Côte-Nord to Trois-Rivières, Eugénie Capel opens the doors to her creative process surrounding La Robe de l’Épinette.

Inspired by the story of Gagnon, a former mining town on the Côte-Nord that no longer exists, the work seeks to bring to life the memories of those who lived and worked there, as well as the memory of a landscape as vast as it is singular.

During their residency at the Fabrique de théâtre insolite, as part of the AQM residency program, Eugénie and her team invite you to discover a stage in the development of the work before the production continues its journey.

A unique opportunity to step into a world in the midst of creation, discover its imagery, materials, and stories, and meet the team to discuss the creative journey so far.
