The artist’s appartment
“The Nest” is a cozy artist’s apartment that can accommodate 3 to 6 people, located on the second floor of the rectory, with a separate entrance. The apartment has three bedrooms and beautiful shared spaces:
A fully equipped kitchen with a view of Rue des Ursulines
A large dining room
A magnificent large living room with a view of the river

Three rooms designed for single or double occupancy
La Fabrique de théâtre insolite is equipped with a bed for children aged 0-4 and high chairs for artist-parents.
SMALL BEDROOM
Single bunk beds. It has everything… but it’s small! View of Rue des Ursulines.
MEDIUM BEDROOM
A double bed with a single bunk bed. View of Rue des Ursulines.
LARGE BedROOM
A double bed with a single bunk bed, private bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with a bed for children aged 0-4 and high chairs for artist parents..
GUEST ROOM
La Fabrique de théâtre insolite also has a “guest room.” This room is not part of the apartment. It is perfect for a single artist or a couple who are not coming to work with a team. It has a double bed, a work area with a large table, and a small living room. Artists staying in this room will have access to the bathroom with shower and kitchen in the Sages Fous section. It is reserved, for the most part, for artists who come to work on Sages Fous projects.
