the beauty of feverishness and imperfection. Since 2002, we&#8217;ve organized eleven editions of the MMI, welcoming projects from Quebec, the United States, Ontario, Belgium, France, Hungary and Finland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the years, the MMI has become a must-attend event in the world of puppetry. The popularity of this event shows that there was a crying need to develop a small, unpretentious festival focusing on the creative process in object and puppet theater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All editions of MMI have been rich, nourishing and inspiring encounters. The event encourages and contributes to the creation of new works and original forms in puppetry and object theater. It enables artists who present a work in progress to the public to enrich their creative process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Artists are invited to Trois-Rivi\u00e8res for a week-long residency, culminating in two days of performances at the Maison de la Culture. Exhibitions and round-table discussions are also organized, rounding out the experience for artists and spectators alike. The Sages Fous workshop serves as a meeting place, a place for exchange, a creative space for guest companies and a curious public.<br>It becomes the beating heart of this unique
